Nay wa Mitego,Tanzania's BiggestHip Hop Artist, Banned From singing For an unspecified Time.

One of the biggest Tanzanian hip hop artist Nay wa mitego has been banned indefinitely from singing by Tanzanian regulation body BASATA.
This is after the said artists released a new song titled 'Hapo kati patamu' a song seen to be obscene. Its not the first time for the body to ban Nay because his previous song which also feature BASATA had been banned and i remember from a previous interview Nay was worried that his new song....that he had not released yet, would be banned, and true to his worries,It was banned.
Nay wa mitego is a favorite for me,because he is a realist like i am,and he sings tangible things in this society....I promise to give you a review of the song and tell you if it really deserved a ban.

Koffi Olomide in Jail for assaulting one of his Dancers!!!

I sleep a happy woman knowing that Koffi Olomide has been jailed,it might not last long, but atleast action was taken.
As mziqiview,Its so sad if our artist who we expect to ding and raise awareness on a vice, would instead do it.......if Koffi can beat his dancer So openly,In front of the police what does he do to them in private?
Thats sad is the police saw this and did nothing....imagine if no one recorded the video.....it means he would get away with it.....i hear the show tomorrow is cancelled,I insist he is also deported. How dare he deny to millions of kenyans that he beat the girl and we have eyes?how dare koffi insinuate that our meticulous airport has pick pockets so he was beating a pick pocket??
Lilian Muli.....surely,she is another let down, what was that??How do you ask Koffi ti translate for someone he has allegedly Violated??
Kudos Kenya....i sleep a happy girl,I know my people can fight for me passionately!

Barakah The Prince in a New Hit!!

Good talent mesmerizes me and this one is one artist that caught my eye.....Sema sauti and Talent,Boy can sing.He does a sad song and instead of sympathizing with him,you just dance to the song.
Barakah the Prince has just out done himself in the song Siwezi, the vocals just give me goose bumps,
I promise when i get good time,i will blog about him,his songs and his journey, this is a talent to write about.
In the mean time, enjoy his new song siwezi.

Ali Kiba and Mr Blue in a Collabo!!

Igweeee to Ali Kiba,Men this guy Kiba, please dont equate him to anyone he sings in a song and its an automatic hit.....Heard of the song Mboga Baba which he has collabod with Mr Blue?I know he does the
Chorus Only but Hey,The way he passionately does it?Nice right?
Truth be said Kiba has a voice........I am yet to hear such amazing talent in Africa.
Mr Blue has grown big, changed his looks completely, looks good....even the voice has changed,More mature for me,I love the new Blue.
This song for me is a Hit.......so in love,By the way,who said one cant make a movie in Tz and its not good quality, look at the video and tell me,any qualms?none for me.

Kuliko Jana By Upperhill School

When i have a fovorite song,Remixed into a choir by one of my favorite Boys Schools.....i smile and just remain amazed.
You know the song Kuliko Jana by Sauti Sol who most members are students of Upperhill School has been sung by the school again and the voice Arrangement,Beautiful.....i am so in love with this rendition.

Ibaki Story by Rich Mavoko.

Sorry for bringing you this song  this late, i am sure by now you have heard of this song Ibaki Stori by Rich Mavoko its an amazing song,The vocals, the story line.....or is it that i am a woman and you know, heartbreaks are inevitable so its touched me somewhere?I doubt, the song is just amazing ...I love love love it, message not withstanding.
Do you always have a most favorite part of a song,i do....and in this, my most favorite is;-

Na unajua hata nikilia siwezi kutokwa na machozi
We ndo ulifanya macho yangu nione wengi waongo
au ukaudhulumu moyo wangu uliza penzi kwa malengo

Tell me whats yours?.....you love it like i do?i am so sure you do.

Why insist on Bongo yet we have our own Local Bongo???

So we have this radio presenters who always argue that Bongo music is better than Kenya....Fine thats their taste right?but we have artists who sing like the Bongo artists right here in Kenya, what makes this presenters then not play this kenya Bongo like songs?or the just have to play a purely tanzanian song?not the sound?
This Boy Otile Brown.....Talented Boy,i am not saying he is the only one with a Bongo sound,No....but today let me focus on him, especially the song Alivyonipenda.....The sound, the passion?Amazing the rendition of bringing in Rabbit..Cap Clap!!!.....Why the hell say we Kenyans dont have good songs??Shame on you,Sikutaji ila mwajijua.
